Established early 2016 with the objective of investing in retail, industrial and other real estate investments including developments across Australia.
A Wealth of Experience
Triumph’s current Directors are highly experienced, like-minded professionals who bring a range of entrepreneurial skills in the fields of business and real estate investment. Collectively, the Directors hold professional credentials in economics, accounting, business and asset management.
Based upon recent feedback given to the Directors, we identified a market need from sophisticated and institutional investors seeking to partner with a boutique organisation, which has historically achieved strong returns from commercial and residential real estate investments in Australia.
Directors, Mark Brodie and Mark Mazurkiewicz, have worked together in the funds management arena for many years. In that time, they have successfully delivered above market returns in the commercial real estate market.
Triumph Investment Group meets the market need for assets to be acquired on the same principles as proven before, being the basis of strong future growth and/or income targets through value add opportunities. To preserve the asset value of each investment, we have adopted a strict corporate governance framework with rigorous asset management processes put in place.

Mark Brodie
Executive Chairman
Mark Brodie has had over 35 years in business and business management, supported by extensive experience in commercial and residential property investment.
Mark is an entrepreneur who has successfully established, transformed and sold many businesses in the last 35 years. These include retail food franchise models, joint venture formations and economic enterprise businesses in the Information Technology sector. As Executive Chairman of Triumph Investment Group he will utilise his skills in the areas of commercial property investment and business development, include the identification of new business opportunities, whilst guiding the company in its corporate strategy.
Mark is also the Executive Chairman and founder of Brodie Group, a privately held business, the Chairman of the National Retail Association and formerly the Chairman of the Gladstone Port Corporation and City of Brisbane Investment Corporation. He also holds additional directorships with several other organisations. He is currently a Graduate member of the Australian Institute of Company Directors.

Mark Mazurkiewicz
Managing Director
Mark Mazurkiewicz has had over 25 years’ experience in commercial real estate, funds management and government administration.
Before commencing as Managing Director with Triumph Investment Group, he was the CEO of the City of Brisbane Investment Corporation CBIC for five years, and before that, held a number of senior positions within the commercial and government sectors in Queensland, including financial regulation, commercial property and business consultancy.
Mark has graduate, post graduate and professional qualifications in Economics, Property Valuation, Financial Securities Investment and Project Management. He is currently a Fellow Member of FINSIA and Graduate member of the Australian Institute of Company Directors.

Matt Brodie
Property Administrator
Prior to joining Triumph Investment Group Matt Brodie was the proprietor of a successful property maintenance business. Matt also has over 15 years’ experience in retail project fit outs and residential property project management.
Opportunity
With a focus on acquiring high yielding and growth assets in the short to medium term, Triumph will ensure these acquisitions will have appropriate risk management measures put in place. The asset classes being targeted in the current real estate market are office, industrial, retail and purpose built.
The investment delivery process is supported by key administrative staff and expert consultants, who provide best practice industry advice and integrated services for each asset class.
Our clients will benefit from our investment strategy, stock sourcing, fund management and property management capabilities, as we look to achieve the best investment decisions possible.
Triumph Investment Group has obtained an Australian Financial Services Licence (No: 480054) and established a funds management platform which will allow our investors to selectively choose from the identified opportunities.
