Triumph Investment Group was formed in early 2016 with the objective of investing in commercial and other real estate investments including developments across Australia.
Triumph’s current Directors are highly experienced, like-minded professionals, who bring a range of entrepreneurial skills in the fields of business and real estate investment. Collectively, the Directors hold professional credentials in economics, accounting, business and asset management.
Based upon recent feedback given to the Directors, we identified a market need from sophisticated and institutional investors seeking to partner with a boutique organisation, which has historically achieved strong returns from commercial and residential real estate investments in Australia.
Mark Brodie and Mark Mazurkiewicz have worked together in the funds management arena for many years, successfully delivering above market returns in the commercial real estate market in that time.
Triumph Investment Group meets the market need for assets to be acquired on the same principles as proven before, being the basis of strong future growth and/or income targets through value add opportunities. To preserve the asset value of each investment, we have adopted a strict corporate governance framework, with rigorous asset management processes put in place.
Acquisitions are funded through a combination of private equity, organisational, industry funds and debt funding. The Directors of Triumph Investment Group also invest their own equity in these investments from time to time.

Triumph Investment Group has obtained an Australian Financial Services Licence (No: 480054) and established a funds management platform which will allow our investors to selectively choose from the identified opportunities.
